On the opening screen, quickly press A, Y, X, B.
Then, on the Player Select screen, hold the L and R buttons, then press Start.
In the "1P vs. 2P" mode, you must continue holding the L and R Buttons until your opponent has chosen a fighter.
This code does not work in the "1P vs. COM" mode.
