This takes you to a screen where you can change several things.
Press Select to change the background.
If you change "Do" to "Computer," you can then change the abilities of the two fighters.
Change "Do" back to "Human" so that you and a friend can control the fighters.
You will notice that there are two Stevens, and two Happys.
They are both different.
