Hidden Bonus Tracks

Go to the Options screen.
Then go the Custom Cup Setup screen. Now press L, R, L, R, X, Y.
You will now be able to choose tracks 21-24

Car Modification

On the Driver Select screen, press X, Y, X, Y, X, Y then hold X.
Hold X and use the Control Pad to change the drivers' statistics.
