Use Overweight AC Units

Once you finish the entire game the first time and you see the credits, the next time you start a game using the final save (the one you make after the credits) you can buy equipment and parts that would normally make your mech overweight. You will then be able to use your overweight mech the next time you play. Now you can finally create the mech you've always wanted!

Continue From Armored Core 2

Load the saved data from Armored Core 2 in the single player mode. You will start with all previously obtained weapons and money.

Bonus Missions

Successfully complete the game, save your data, then load the saved data. You can now access three new high-paying missions where you face Stinger in his AC (from Armored Core: Project Phantasma), Phantasma (who Stinger had merged with), and Final Nine-Ball (from Armored Core: Master Of Arena). All three new missions are very tough. However, you can go overweight for all these missions. After defeating all three, you will get some very fast hover legs, and an "Inside" orbit cannon.

Enemy Emblems

Destroy an enemy AC during a mission to unlock its emblem in emblem edit mode.

Limiter Release

Press:

L1 + L2 + R1 + R2, then press R3 (Overboost).

This will put you into Limiter Release mode for about 40 seconds. The only down side is that you get an OB Depletion indicator after these 40 seconds are up, leaving you totally powerless for 50 seconds.

Fixed Camera View

While playing a game, hold:

Circle + X + Start.

The game will pause. Press Start to resume the game with the fixed camera view.

Human Plus

Human Plus is back. Just drop to -50000 credits and an experiment will be done on you. You need to do this multiple times to get the full benifit. warning, this will restart your game (except for the first mission)

1st time:
Automatic Radar

2nd time:
Ability To Throw The Laserblade

3rd time:
Have Heat Taken Away From Attack

4th time:
Ability To Walk While Shooting Back Weapons

5th time:
Use Half Of The Energy

6th time:
Double energy

Steal Your Enemies Emblem

In the single player Arena mode you can steal your defeated opponent's emblem. To do this you of course have to beat an opponent in the Arena, then once beaten you can go back to the opponent selection screen where everyone is ranked by number. Highlight and select someone you have defeated and then press Start + Select and you should hear a sound. Press the two buttons again and again until you hear the sound. Once you hear the sound go to the Edit Emblem screen and the emblem selected will be the one you just took from your opponent. You can then edit it or just wear it as your own.

First Person View

Increase Attack And Defence

Increase Attack And Defence For The Left Arm

Drop into the trench on the Destroy the Crates level and you will find a secret optional part which increases attack and defence for the left arm

Unlimited Energy For A Minute

Look Up + Look Down + Overbooost. (On Controller Settings default this would be R2 + L2 + Right analog stick) This will give you unlimited energy for a minute then a burnout.

Secret Item

In the level where you have to escort a train, when the train comes, destroy the second to last car to find a secret item, and press circle to pick it up.

The Karasawa MK2

For the best R-Hand Weapon in the game, the Karasawa MK2, when playing the Surface Weapon Assualt (the one where you will be facing two highly armoured trains called the SRBIA), cross over the weapons and proceed further into the pile of rocks. You will find the Karasawa on the right side of the pile.
