To get the ultimate armor for Mega Man X, you put in the above code to get purple detail MegaMan, then go to Web Spiders level. Near the beginning of the level, you can go to the left, through the wall, and there is a pod where you normaly get the hover boots, instead you get all the armor power ups, and you can do infinite Nova Strikes.
