* It is probably a good idea to save every now and then. Especially save before timing-related items, like entering the computer and making the dash through the bio-lab. Also save after successfully exiting the escape pod and entering the complex.

* Note that you will get tired each day at about 8000 GST or so. The only safe place to sleep is in the bunks. Be sure to leave enough time to get back there to sleep, or you'll fall asleep where you stand.

* You don't have to eat right when you get hungry; if you wait you can stretch out your food supply enough so you don't have to keep going back to the kitchen.

Wait until the explosion happens (usually 6-8 turns)

Remember COLOR of flashing light

Repeat with new COLOR until the enunciator panel goes dark. Note that you will only get in 2 iterations before you need to sleep, so if you need more than that sleep (below), then do the kitchen sequence, then come back and do the last iteration

Make sure Floyd is present; if not wait for him to show up

floyd, go n. floyd, get shiny fromitz board. s. e. n. open panel. take second board. put shiny board into socket. close panel. s. e. s. s. s.

Wait until Floyd enters and sees the computer light

ne. open bio-lab door. se. e. look through window. open door. close door. wait. open door. close door. put mini card into pocket. w. open door. w. s. put battery into laser. n. sw. s. slide mini card through slot. type 384. e. n. n. turn dial to 1. fire laser at speck.

Continue to fire the laser at the speck until the speck vaporizes

turn dial to 6. s. fire laser at microbe.

Continue to fire the laser until the laser feels "very warm"

throw laser over edge. s. w. n. open desk. wear gas mask. press white button. press red button. open office door. w. open lab door. w. w. open door. w. w. w. s. s. press button. wait. wait. wait. n.
