Prior to executing the game rename the MGSI.exe file. Add "-cheatenable" after .exe . (example: MGSI.exe-cheatenable).
During gameplay you can use the following keys to enable the cheats.

F2
Enables God Mode.
*note: during the interogation scene your health bar will not go down, but you will still acquire damage and will eventually lose the interogation. So treat this section as if you did not have God Mode enabled. God Mode will work at every other part of the game.

F6
Enables Observe Mode

F5
Enables Normal Mode

F7
Quick Level Restart
*note: This key command will sometimes restart your current level, other times it will restart an earlier level and other times you will skip to the next level.
