He will try to kill you with the rocks that he throws. First press C-up + C-right and Callisto will make lava shoot out from where Despair is standing. He will probably jump afterwards if he does shoot fireballs by pressing Back Forward then C-up. Do that again and again. If you time it correctly you will beat Despair without being hurt.
