Just in case any of you out there actually own a 64DD, know Japanese and play SimCity 64 (yeah, both of you) -- here's a little cheat to get a lot of starting cash:
First, you must enter the "Free Mode" and select one of the city maps from the "Omakase" directory. Now, enter your city's name as "Sanga" (in katakana). You will now be asked which difficulty level you would like to play. The easiest one will offer you a starting budget of $999,999. Have fun

Higher Chance Of Winning In Stadium

Once you build a stadium in your city, be sure to pick the following name for your team: "Pahpurusanga" (in katakana). This will radically improve your team's chances of winning.
