The secret characters will interrupt your game and if you win all the matches without using a continue then you will get the secret character that interrupted your match. | Easily Defeat Rugal | Updated 18 Jul | To simply crush Rugal, hold DOWN + A + B to charge your special power to maximum.
Now perform all the attacks you can within this limit.
