Fight As Chizuru Kagura And Goenitz

Hold Start, then press Up + B, Right + C, Left + A, Down + D.
Chizuru Kagura will be selectable to the right of Clark and Goenitz will be to the left of Athena.

Alternate Characters

Some characters have alternate versions (like Kyo'94 in KOF97.)
To activate, hold START and press the A button over the following characters to activate their alter ego:

Kyo (KOF '94)
Terry, Andy, Joe (Real Bout Fatal Fury)
Ryo, Robert, Yuri (Art of Fighting 2)
Mai, Billy (Real Bout Fatal Fury)
To activate the Orochi '97 versions of the New Faces Team, hold START and press a button over Yashiro, Shermie, or Chris.

Evil Rugal

Complete the game one time, and at the character select screen, press and hold START when choosing Rugal.

Burnt Clothing

Choose anybody that has a projectile attack for example Ryo or Kyo.
Then select king or Yuri Sakazaki as your opponent.
Keep on using your projectiles until they have no more health.
When the last projectile hits the opponent, some of their clothing will break.

Blood And Mai

At the High Scores screen press A+D on controller 1 at the same time as you press B+C on controller 2.
Now go into the game and will notice blood and Mai!

Blood Code

To remove the game's American censorship, go to the high score screen.
Once there, press A + D on Controller 1 while holding B + C on controller 2.

Play As The Bosses

Pick team edit. At the screen where you pick your fighters hold Start and press Up+B, Right+C, Left+A, Down+D. Saishu Kusanagi and Omega Rugal will appear.
