Liu Kang
Hold Block, then rotate the d-pad 360 degrees counter-clockwise starting with Down.

Blood Code

 Updated 18 Jul
Enter blood mode by pressing 2, 1, 2, DOWN, then UP at the Code of Horror screen.
If done correctly, the words, “Now Entering Kombat” will flash on the screen, activating the blood code.
